1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, signing up for notifications, visiting our Hilton Head Island locations, or participating in Sweet Al's SMS programs or promotional clubs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our digital services.
Sweet Al's offers recurring and informational SMS messaging programs to provide customers with island announcements, bakery special updates, holiday hours, VIP rewards, and grand opening notices for our 3rd Hilton Head Island location.
By providing your mobile phone number on our website forms or in-store tablet and checking the consent box, you verify that you are the account holder and explicitly consent to receive marketing and informational text messages from Sweet Al's. Consent is never a condition of purchase.
Standard Message and Data Rates May Apply depending on your individual mobile wireless carrier plan. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Message frequency varies based on store activities and events, typically not exceeding 2 to 4 messages per month.
You may cancel SMS notifications at any time. Simply text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation text confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Proprietary Rights & Content
All logos, graphics, imagery, slogans including "Life is Sweeter on the Island", and custom menus are the intellectual property of Sweet Al's LLC. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Store Hours, Availability & Promotions
Menu items, seasonal donuts, bakery treats, coffee beans, and cafe operating hours are subject to availability and island weather conditions. Special offers or coupons delivered via text are valid only at participating Sweet Al's Hilton Head Island locations within stated expiration periods.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
